Our First Development. The Beginning of a Lasting Legacy.
Every legacy begins somewhere. For Denwiddie-Smith Legacy Group, 907 Oakhill in Atlanta, Georgia, marked our first step into ground-up residential development.
Beginning with the acquisition of land in September 2021, the project was developed with a clear vision: to create a thoughtfully designed home for its future owners. Construction was completed in early 2025, and the property was sold in December 2025.
Like many meaningful ventures, the journey brought valuable lessons. Navigating the complexities of residential development strengthened our understanding of project planning, construction management, and the importance of building the right partnerships.
Today, 907 Oakhill stands as a milestone in our company’s history and a foundation for the opportunities ahead.
